Unveiling Marvel Flair: A Dream Two Years in the Making
It's surreal to finally say it: Marvel Flair is here!
This journey began over two years ago, and the anticipation has been almost unbearable. For those who haven't been following along, Marvel Flair represents a significant milestone: it's my official debut into the world of licensed comic art. While Marvel Platinum technically hit shelves first, the artwork for Flair was the first I created after the amazing Erika Klock from Upper Deck reached out. To say this is a dream come true doesn't even begin to cover it.
The Roster
The characters I had the privilege of working on are a mix of personal favorites and heartfelt tributes. Ghost Rider holds a special place in my heart as the very first Marvel character I got to tackle. It's wild to think that his flaming skull was my initiation into the official Marvel art world!
Elektra, my all-time favorite assassin, was another must-have. Her sleek design and deadly grace were an absolute joy to capture. And of course, I couldn't leave out my boy's heroes, Hulk and Iron Man. Seeing their excitement for these pieces makes them even more special.
Artistic Flair: Dave Palumbo, Simone Bianchi, and so many more
The caliber of artists in this set is simply incredible. Dave Palumbo and Simone Bianchi, both titans in the industry, have been a constant source of inspiration for me. To be included amongst their work is an absolute honor. Their unique styles and unwavering dedication to their craft are truly awe-inspiring.
Joining these masters are an array of phenomenal talents: Joel Holtzman, Oliver Harbour, Allen Michael Geneta, Ty Romsa, Jordi Tarragona, Davide Tosello, Jonathan Koelsch, Narendra Adi, Guillaume Martinez, Todd Nauck, and J.B. Casacop. It's a genuine privilege to share this release with such a diverse and skilled group.
The community's reaction to the artwork has been overwhelmingly positive, and I couldn't be more thrilled. It's truly an incredible set, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of it.

With the official release of Marvel Flair, I'm practically bouncing off the walls with excitement! My boxes are on the way, and I can't wait to get into some packs myself.
